Private Condominium in Venda Seca

This project consisted of converting a vacant space in dry sale in a small private condominium, consisting of 4 single-family houses of V4 typology distributed over 2 floors and common support spaces outside that include a swimming pool.

In the case of a typified housing project, it was crucial to create a conceptual matrix that could give dynamism to the assumed repeatability.
