Apartment Renovation in Lisbon

This project consisted of the complete remodelling of an apartment of type T2 in Lisbon that presented an advanced state of degradation.

With this apartment having a private terrace, the conceptual strategy of the intervention focused on maximising the capture of natural light for the interior and the extension that would be possible to achieve from the social area and kitchen to the outside.

This relationship with the exterior was largely dignified, by freeing the entire interior face of the main façade by relocating the existing sanitary installation to an interior area.

In the end, it remained to exalt the almost sculptural contours of the interior design of the openings in the main facade and to offer a new temperature to the interior environment through a careful choice of materials.
